Single-cell bioinfo-core zoom call: Moderated and hosted by Morgan Taschuk

Well attended (23? more? attendees) zoom meeting going through various single-cell related topics, from leveraging public data, trajectory analysis, QC (doublets, mitochondrial content), and alternatives to CellRanger for 10x were discussed.

We are tentatively planning for a follow up meeting (possibly monthly) to keep going on this topic.
