Environment: The Cambridge Institute for Medical Research (CIMR) houses approximately 34 PIs who work mostly on cell biology topics related to disease. Some groups (~5) have embedded bioinformaticians.

Tools:

Pertinent hardware info: Small HPC with 9 nodes of 24 cores each. Running Torque/MAUI. Hardware support provided by local IT group.

Bioinformatics support model:
