I am the head of bioinformatics at the Babraham Institute, an academic research institute in Cambridge, UK.

I run a group of 5 bioinformaticians and statisticians providing a core service to approximately 300 researchers. We also make our service available commercially.

As well as the the work we do for other groups we run a number of development programs ourselves, maintaining software packages such as FastQC, SeqMonk, Bismark, FastQ Screen and Sierra.

I am one of the members of the Bioinfo-core organising group so please let me know if you find anything here which doesn't work!
