I run the bioinformatics core facility BCF, the webdev group, a DCC curation group, as well as overseeing bioinformatics training. the BCF maintains most used databases (nucleotides, proteins, dbSNP, the ensembl databases, the open TCGA data) as well as two Galaxy servers, and a UCSC server). we also maintain a MySQL server that is used to access dbSNP and ensEMBL.
