I am a Programmer Analyst in the Computational Biology Core Facility at Stowers Institute (in Kansas City, Missouri). I have a B.S. in computer science. I'm mostly doing RNA-seq, Chip-seq, other-seq analysis in model organisms (e.g. Yeast, Mouse, Fly), but an occasional smattering of other programming and analysis projects.
