Deputy head of The Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Core group at The Francis Crick Institute. Like most core groups the analysis of the many flavours of NGS data is our bread and butter. In addition we have two statisticians in the group who offer expertise in interpreting data from more bespoke experiments. Personally I have interests in single cell RNA-Seq and quantifying immune signatures in tumours.
