Jump to navigationJump to searchCurrently one of two bioinformaticians supporting Neusentis - a pharmaceutical research unit of ~200 staff based near Cambridge, UK. This involves supporting all aspects of data intensive drug discovery and clinical development from early stage target discovery / validation, to small molecule development, to analysis of clinical trial data.
Previous post-doc postions at Cambridge Dept of Biochemistry, University of Kyoto in computational systems biology. Prior to that I completed my PhD at the European Bioinformatics Institute in structural bioinformatics.
