Biotechnologist turned bioinformatician, probably a biologist. I have 5 years of experience in Academia (UCD, UCL), I used to compete against BaseSpace as team leader at Genestack and I am currently the main bioinformatician for Horizon Discovery, a Cambridge-based company specialised in CRISPR and other genome editing technologies. I am having fun with Whole Exome Sequencing and de novo genome assembly.
