I am the founding director of the 'Omics Data Analysis Core Facility at Duke University, which is located in the Institute for Genome Sciences and Policy. Our facility is responsible assisting in, or performing, the analysis of data generated by any of the other cores here at the University; this includes next-gen sequencing, microarray, and proteomics.
