I am the Bioinformatics Core Manager at La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology in La Jolla, CA. We are a small core focusing our efforts on the needs of Institute researchers, including building and improving pipelines for analyzing next-generation sequencing data, microarray data analysis, and general bioinformatics and statistics support.
