I am a Programmer Analyst in the Computational Biology core facility at Stowers Institute. I work on a variety of projects in collaboration with people at the institute, including analyzing high-throughput sequencing data (mostly RNA-seq, ChIP-seq) and occasional microarray data.

We use a variety of open source bioinformatics tools for alignment and analysis, as well as custom scripts written in Perl and R.
