Bsc in Computer Science with emphasis in Bioinformatics from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. For the last year working in the High Throughput Sequencing Unit under Life Sciences and Engineering Center in the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Conducting initial analysis for raw reads created by the Illumina HiSeq2000 in various applications, such as: Resequencing, RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq,Denovo assembly etc.
