<p>Creating user page for new user.</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>I am the technical lead in genome informatics (that&#039;s a mouthful) for the High Performance Computing in Biology (HPCBio) group at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. We work with pretty much all non-model organisms, deal with a lot of cutting edge HPC infrastructure (on which we routinely get injured), and basically are starting a core from the embers of the previous core at the Carver Biotechnology Center.<br /> <br /> Also, I&#039;m an open-source programmer (BioPerl, board member of the Open Bioinformatics Foundation) and advocate of open science. It&#039;s all fun!</div>
